All areas come with guest Wi-Fi internet.
Edison, Kettering, and Wright conference rooms are equipped with ceiling screens with HDMI inputs and sound system. The three screens can carry the same or separate presentations and can also be used individually for smaller break-out sessions.
Each conference room has a touch panel at the podium to control presentation sources, sound system, and wired and wireless microphones.
The Reception Area features one size needed LCD screen with HDMI inputs, and one size needed LCD screen compatible with USB drive. Great for a welcome message for guests and to display the agenda for the day.
Edison, Kettering and Wright also come with whiteboards, easels, and markers upon requests.
Special AV requirements or equipment will need to be arranged in advance.
TechSolve provides complimentary coffee and bottled water. If you need catering, you may use your preferred caterer. Need help? We can provide a list of caterers who are familiar with TechSolve!
